My boyfriend and I have been working on this new project for a while. We've rescued vintage windows and painted them in order to transform them into artwork.
We showcased our work at the Second Annual Graduate Arts Soiree at MIT.
Those are magnificent works of art, Flavia. Vintage windows have various uses other than picture frames, though using them as picture frames is quite a nifty idea. Some people use them as fences for plants, others covers for center tables etc. Depends on how creative you are, though.
I love how you transformed the vintage windows! These are cool artwork and the ideas are really fabulous! I wish I could see these personally and I think that can be hung pretty on my living room. ;)
Simple but awesome! I can see how the paintings were done and it made the simple old window look very nice. I hope I can have something like this on my bedroom. If only I had the talent in painting. Well, I think I better try since I have lots of old windows at the garage. Great job for these pieces, Flavia! :)
